Twin Stack
Large square baling just got faster. Farmers are now saving time and money by cutting the number of bale-drops in half.
That means half the required cross-tracking by the loader and wagon crew, making it quick and easy to pick up
two bales at one time.

It's easy to use and easy to setup because everything is mechanically driven and operates automatically.
There are no hydraulic or electrical components to hook up. It's all part of how the Twin Stack is designed
with low maintenance in mind, allowing you to stay in the field longer without worrying about costly down-time.
As the first bale enters the Twin Stack, it's kept in constant control with the spring-loaded Bottom Bale Control
Arm. This allows the bale to be gently lowered into the base of the unit without damage.
The top bale is then pushed into place and applies pressure against the release arm on the back of the Twin Stack
to drop the load. As the release arm trips, the machine's drive-wheel lowers, contacting the steel corrugated
fly-wheel which activates the base rollers and provides a smooth transition onto the ground. When completed,
you've got two bales neatly stacked and ready for pick up.
Cornering is never an issue with the Twin Stack because of its Steering Guide Arms. These guides are linked to
the front pivot joint, so when the baler turns so do the guide arms. This added control ensures that each bale
will properly travel into place every time.
The Twin Stack's 3-wheel design ensures it always stays in line and is ready for the next bale. The Agway Twin
Stack will also easily attach to your baler using a mounting hinge specific to your make and model, eliminating the
need for any extra adapters.
Retrieving the last bale is easy with the Twin Stack's optional rear winch attachment. Simply swing the winch into
place, hook the last bale and guide it through with the turn of the handle. Another advantage the Twin Stack offers
is how quickly it adjusts for different bale lengths ranging from 5 to 8 feet long.
