Warranty Policy

Agway Manufacturing Inc. warrants to the original purchaser all products manufactured by Agway Mfg Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. Agway will repair and/or replace defect product free of charge within the limits of this policy.

Distributor/dealer must notify Agway Mfg immediately of the defect by phone, fax or email. Recommended repairs and cost are to be discussed with and agreed on by an authorized Agway Mfg Inc. representative. Repair and labour (at an agreed rate) will be performed by a dealer of Agway Mfg or a repair shop designated by Agway Mfg Inc.

All claims must be discussed with a representative of Agway prior to any repairs or warranty will be void.

All claims must be accompanied by a photograph of the defect product.

All defect products must be returned to Agway in Elmira, Ontario unless directed otherwise by a representative of Agway.

Agway Mfg Inc. Warranty will not apply to:

• product that in the judgement of Agway has been misused by the user.
• product not sold or manufactured by Agway.
• alterations or repairs not authorized by a representative of Agway.
